Media Release Polcy

Branson Waterski & Wave

1. Authorization
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Branson Waterski & Wave ("Company"), its employees, agents, assigns, and those acting under its authority, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take, use, and publish photographs, video footage, and audio recordings of me, my likeness, or voice (collectively, "Media").

2. Intended Use
I understand that this Media may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, Company marketing, advertising, social media promotion, website content, and print publications, worldwide and in perpetuity.

3. Ownership & Editing
I agree that all Media captured by the Company are the sole property of Branson Waterski & Wave. I grant the Company the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, and distribute such Media, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be used in connection with the Media.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Branson Waterski & Wave, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

5. Compensation
I understand and agree that I will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or remuneration for the use of my likeness or voice in the Media, now or in the future.

6. Minors (If Applicable)
I warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child named below, and I have the legal right to consent to this agreement on their behalf.

7. Agreement Understanding
I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
