Refund + Cancellation Policy

At Branson Waterski & Wave, we are committed to providing safe, enjoyable waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf, and related experiences on Table Rock Lake. Due to the outdoor and weather-dependent nature of our activities, the following policy applies to all lessons, private sessions, group bookings, rentals, and scheduled appointments.

 
Customer Cancellations or Changes
  • Full Refund: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson or booking start time will receive a full refund (or full credit/rescheduling at no additional charge, subject to availability).

  • No Refund / No Credit: Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, including no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund or credit. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

  • How to Cancel: Please notify us as soon as possible via phone [insert phone number], email [insert email], or your online booking portal. The cancellation is effective only when we confirm receipt.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and may cancel or postpone any session if conditions are unsafe.

  • Unsafe Conditions Include (but are not limited to):

    • Lightning within 10 miles

    • Thunderstorms or storm activity

    • Heavy rain that impairs visibility or creates hazardous water conditions

    • High winds, excessive waves, or other severe weather posing risk to participants, instructors, or equipment

  • If We Cancel Due to Weather:

    • We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session to a mutually agreeable future date/time at no additional charge.

    • If rescheduling is not possible (e.g., end of season, fully booked schedule, or your preference), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

    • No-shows or late arrivals will not qualify for weather-related refunds if the session proceeds as scheduled.

  • If You Cancel Due to Forecasted Weather:

    • If you choose to cancel based on your own weather concerns more than 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling per the standard policy above.

    • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance due to weather will be treated as a standard customer cancellation (no refund unless we independently cancel the session for safety reasons).

 

Additional Notes

  • All decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Branson Waterski & Wave staff or instructors on-site, based on real-time conditions and safety guidelines.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (or sooner when possible).

  • This policy supersedes any verbal agreements or prior communications unless explicitly stated in writing by management.

  • We recommend purchasing travel or activity insurance if you have concerns about weather, personal scheduling changes, or other unforeseen events.

  • By booking with Branson Waterski & Wave, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
